Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

What can be returned

Items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags and packaging.

How to start a return

Email stuffdbrands@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping. Original shipping charges aren’t refunded.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, and you won’t pay to send anything back.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we’ve checked it, we’ll refund your original payment method and email you to confirm. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.
